A Full Day of In-Home Meal Preparation – I spend up to 8 hours in your kitchen, preparing postpartum-specific meals designed to support your recovery.
Personalized, Healing Meal Plans – Choose from a curated menu of nutrient-dense, warming, and easily digestible meals based on traditional postpartum healing principles.
Grocery Coordination – I provide a complete shopping list so you can have everything ready for my arrival.
At-Home Meal Packaging – Meals are prepared, portioned, and stored with easy reheating instructions for ultimate convenience.

Meal Prep: Preparation of nutrient-dense, culturally significant postpartum meals (client can choose from a pre-designed menu)
Grocery Coordination: Clients receive a list of ingredients to purchase in advance
Take-home Package: Meals packaged and stored with instructions for reheating
